Shake/vibration

Hi new to the forum and had a question that I have yet to figure out. I have a 06 330i 6 speed manual. The car drives fine until I get above 120kmh, from there I start feeling a shake that seems to be coming from the driveline. Don't really feel it much in the steering but through the seat and shakes stuff in the car. Now if I am on the throttle I can climb to any speed with no issue but as soon as I let off the gas the shake gets real bad. The faster I am going when I let off the worse it is. All lug nuts are torqued to spec and I have also replaced both front struts and rear shocks and mounts. Mechanic looked over the car and said he could find nothing wrong but he is also not a BMW mechanic and I don't have one locally I can take it to. Any ideas on what I should look at next would be appreciated. Thanks

some obvious questions, but have you checked bent wheel/balance, alignment, wheel bearings, sticking rotor?

Checked Guibo/Flex disc; Tranny mount; not sure if when you said 'mounts' if you meant motor mounts; wheel bearings (I dont think its this one if its only on the way down)?

Control arms can also put play into your setup if there is too much slop in the bearings/mounts.
