335i sdn wheels and tires (tire rack) question
I am thinking of getting O.Z. UltraLeggra wheels size 18x8 (18.5 lbs) and 18x9 (20.8 lbs) in either black or bright silver (car is Jet black) paired to Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 star spec in 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 (same size as stock). My objective is to ditch the runflats and ugly stock rims for as light a wheel as I can get relative to price, and extreme summer tires without runflats - not a daily driver so rain traction is very low on the priority list. Does this seem like a good combo? I can't find any wheels in 18 inch that are lighter weight for the price. Is O.Z. a good quality wheel? They come with hub-centric rings, is this ok for mounting? never heard of such a device. The offsets are 35mm front and 40 mm rear. Does that sound acceptable?
any advice would be appreciated |
