Code 55c3, 55c6, 5e52 after actuator swap

I was 99% sure I had a faulty actuator. So after driving months with it coming on now and again I finally had it swapped.......but the lights and codes came back after a few days. I did reset the codes after the install.

Its really random and sometimes it comes on once a week and other times not for a month. Car drives fine still. Any thoughts?

Update. Went to the dealer and had the actuator "recoded" That was a waste.

Still the same issue and codes. Some tell me to check the control module?
