Question on tire pressure for winter tires

I have a 2013 335i coupe. I have winter tires in size 225/45 R17 94H Extra Load and need some help with identifying the correct tire pressure.

The owner's manual shows the following page for "Coupe: Tire inflation pressures for the 335i":

Under "With Sport Package" (which my car has), it states:
225/45 R 17 91 H M+S Front: 32 Rear: 39
225/45 R17 94 V M+S XL Front: 33 Rear: 41

So the manual gives a whole handful of different specifications for different tire sizes, but interestingly doesn't give a specification for my exact tire size. I have 94 XL load rating, but with an H speed rating. So should I follow the load rating pressure setting (94 XL in my case) or the speed rating pressure setting (H in my case)?

I wouldn't really worry about a 1-2psi difference.. the pressure changes more than that with heating up and cooling down. Run what feels good to you.

94 is the load index rating.
use whatever pressure is for a 225/45 94 in the manual. so 33/41

the speed rating is how well the tire can handle heat. It has nothing to do with the load index.

If you're driving in any type of accumulation, less is more.

Depends. If you have really bad roads maybe even keep a minimum of 35-37 psi in the front. Less likely to destroy the tire or bend the wheel.

Bmw even recommends inflating 3-5 psi above standard psi to compensate for lower temperatures and softer tire compounds.
Though the rears should be fine even at 39.
Make sure you figure out what the max inflation of a tire is, don't go over that.
