Which DME do I have for manual 335is
I am just about to tune my 2012 Manual 335is and was wondering what DME I have. is there any way to check this? I used to have a 09 and remembered it was a MSD81/IJE0S but I have heard that the 335is is different. I am doing this so I can backend flash my jb4. Thanks for helping

Depending on whether it's ever been updated or not, it would be a MSD81, IJA0S, IKA0S, ILA0S, or INA0S

Hey I wanted to ask you guys about coding. Since I cant post a thread yet I wrote here. I recently got an 335is with a manual too and wanted to retrofit an M3 Cluster on it but change the skin to the 335is one since I like that it says "335is" there.
I wanted to get a DCT one with the LEDs so I can retrofit this mod here: I found out so far that I need a "virgin" Tachometer. I assume this needs that no VIN and mileage is coded in. I also found out that in order to code the tacho from imperial to metric units I can use INPA and a Tool called "Perfekt Toolbox", so I can adjust the M3 dial according to my RPMs and temp. My question now is: How do I virginize a tachometer? I live in Germany so obviously sending in a tacho to the US to code would be too expensive. EDIT: I figured it all out and got the shiftlights to work. Last edited by Xantor_; 04-05-2023 at 03:49 AM.. |
