Steering: Lower joint assembly

What is the difference between these two.

Lower joint assembly - P/N 32306784845
Lower joint assembly - for cars with Hydro steering-servotronic - P/N 32306780864

I have a 2010 328xi e90 and my lower steering joint assembly is shot, I have a very good offer on a lower joint assembly however it is for model with hydro steering-servotronic, my question is can it still work on mine? What is the difference?
