Autodoc
Anyone used Autodoc since brexit? How long have you had to wait for your parts to be delivered?
I've ordered some rear discs and they recon brexit and covid has caused delays. Been just over a week now. Last time I ordered the stuff took about a week to arrive. |

Well im 2 weeks in now and still no sign of my brake discs. According to the tracking they haven't moved since 13th January. Had a few web chats and just get the brexit/covid excuse which I dont buy for one minute. I work in a factory and we have deliveries from Europe and around the world every day with no problems. Starting to get pissed off now.
Anyone know where I can get discs for a similar price in the UK? I've tried ECP and They are way more expensive. I'm after a set of 345mm rear discs for a E60 5 series (needed to convert my E91 to Fx Brembos). I've ordered Zimmermann discs from Autodoc for £110 delivered. |

Noticed the seller has Febi Bilstein discs at a good price. Anyone used this brand before? What are they like? Might be tempted if they are any good, and ofcourse genuine! |

Just a heads-up that you may get stung with a bill for vat and an admin fee when your parts do move.
I swear by febi nowadays, though never used their brake parts. I've had a couple of febi parts recently where the BMW logos and part no's had been ground off. Febi were not OE for BMW brakes though! |

I've gone past my 3rd week waiting for my water pump and thermostat to arrive - AND STILL WAITING.
Terrible delivery service, definitely would pay normal price from another UK vendor just so I get my item on time. 3 weeks without any sign of it arriving any time soon is POOR. I sent them a few angry emails and I got a generic Brexit/Covid excuse response. I will leave them bad reviews where I can as I don't think it's acceptable. |

You may be able to cancel the order - I'd check that out too. Pretty sure under EU distance selling regs, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the item to cancel the purchase without needing to give a reason. Not sure if you can do it before receiving the item though, and you may be liable for the return shipping.

Well what a coincidence. Yesterday I threatened to cancel my order and today low and behold, I check the tracking and its on the move. Got in touch with them and it's now allegedly in the UK so should only be a few more days. We'll see, but hopefully I'll get my discs soon and I can finally get my Fx chassis Brembo's on!

I placed an order on the 5th and still waiting, accordig to the tracking number its still in Germany. I phoned them they said it's due to covid/brexit. I can't blame them to be fair, it's not them delivering it it's the parcel company. Never had an issue with them before, always had my parts about a week after I ordered except this time. It's a pain, but it's out of everyones hand I believe

I just bought a set for.my 325d (same brakes as 330d), 4 discs with front rear pads also handbrake shoes. Got ATE discs and handbrake shoes and textar pads. Paid £320 at carparts4less. Was thinking about buying from Autodoc as I have in the past. Not sure I will now. What a cock up the government have made with the red tape with imports/exports.
