Independent BMW Mechanic 06' 325i Nashville Area

Looking for a great, honest and reasonably priced mechanic for my E90. Car has 38000 original miles and has some strong features and some not so strong. First problem to show is a leak from the washer reservoir/pump. Had it jacked up yesterday and the wheel was rusted to the hub, I hit it with a rubber mallet, should have used my foot, I guess. If its a leaky pump, are the after market ones okay or do I need OEM? From what I've seen the reservoirs are rarely the source and it's the pump. The pump seems to work, it or some other component is the culprit.
