Looks nice. My 7500k GPs had blue coating at the tip but you said you have silver, interesting.

Maybe there are 2 versions. There are more people with blue tips here : http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=138183
I just hope what I got is not 8500k in a 7500k but it looks similar to the OP's photo.

I just installed the foglights...in my garage they look more blue than the angel eyes...and are not matching the high beams so well. I might have to go for M-Tech.

erensf - who did you get your bulbs from? Mine are silver too, but came in the 7500K packaging.

I agree, the fogs don't match that well, but it's good enough for me.

I got mine on ebay from this guy. I noticed that the picture in his posting has silver tips but mine came with blue. I don't know why but when lit the color looks same as your picture. I will take some pictures this weekend.

So I contacted the seller and here's his response about the tip color:
Quote:
Your have actually been shipped the newest version of these bulbs. They now are manufactured with blue tips instead of the sliver tips. These bulbs are the ones that you have ordered; the only difference is the tips. They are there to cover the hole beneath it in which the gases were injected.

His reply makes no sense...but whatever. Why would they bother making a new version if all they do is change the color of the tip.

haha I was concerned about this too, but in fact a lot of the people who recently got their 7500k have blue tips, including mine. Don't work too much about them...

Hint of yellow? These are GP 7500K angels and fogs, and for 10$ a bulb I think they are just fine. BTW this was taken with an iPhone and does not represent the look well.

Thanks noob.... Lux and predator ice only work with E90. The best thing out for E92's is GP thunders... Do some research first before you post.

Been trying to find some reviews on THIS BULB from J Levi. To me, at stock temp of 4300k, it should match the xenons and have the brightest light of the xenon bulbs out there, as the higher you go in colour, the less light you get.

But can't find any...
