Hi guys, I thought I would share this with you...I have just had my car repaired at a new Mechanics in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs (Darlinghurst) They are called BMS Auto Haus. They are German Car specialist - great price and very reliable..the dude is called Steve. His number is 0414999077 and I think the website is www.bmsautohaus.com.au. I hope this helps.

may i ask, when i i try to check the shipping of a used BMW (so that i know when was it first delivered to Australia), why there is no record for the shipment?
What does that mean? the car is shipped to Australia by another courier? |

That is a possibility, also the connote could have been purged from their system.

Thanks for the information on this thread. I contacted my friendly BMW dealer here in Brisbane this morning and was given my Vin number. I’ve then been able to learn that My vehicle is scheduled to dock and unload in Melbourne on the 23/2/11 (3 days from now).
I’m like a kid before Xmas now. But how long will it take for transport to Brisbane? I’m assuming it will have to be loaded onto a vehicle transporter truck and transported to the Brisbane dealership. Anyone in the same situation? Just had a further email from Westside BMW advising they usually allow 4 weeks for a vehicle to transport from Melbourne. Possibly a little sooner. Last edited by Glenn66; 02-19-2021 at 08:11 PM..
