amp replacement

I've been reading through this forum and have found some conflicting threads regarding completely removing/replacing the factory amp on a hifi/non-logic 7 system.

will bluetooth, bmw assist, etc still work properly when the factory amp is replaced? I'm planning on replacing it with a PDX-5.

You will be perfectly fine. I am running the same amp and the OEM is removed, everything works.
