North NJ: e92 hood paint chipping

Hey guys long time poster but haven't been on here in a while.

A few years ago I got my hood repainted and recently the paint has been chipping and leaving awful marks, looks like the place I went to did a bad job. Does anyone know if I can simply get the hood resprayed or should I just buy a completely new hood? Marks look deep worried it might be corroding? Pics below

If just respraying is good does anyone in North NJ recommend a good shop?

Paint is 381 Lemans blue metallic

Unless you can find a used hood that's the same color, repainting that hood (properly) will be your cheapest option.
