I have a AVIN unit installed on my 2015 BMW 328i. My vehicle is NOT equipped with factory lane departure or front collision warning options, however with the AVIN unit installed, every time road lines are crossed it makes a god awful
sound. I've gotten no help from AVIN and have looked through every setting everywhere. Does anyone have a clue how to turn this off!!!!?

Have you fitted a front camera with the AVIN unit?
If so what type of camera? Does it have ADAS or LDWS? Both of those are built-in lane departure so could be the noise.
If you car never came with it, then it won't be working now.
