160k miles transmission adaptation values
I have about 160k miles on the clock and am currently still on the stock transmission map. My car has been Stage 1 MHD or Cobb tuned for the past 10 years. I’ve been considering getting an XHP trans flash and did a trans diagnostic. Clutch E seems to have a very high time. Can someone help explain my numbers and if I should be looking to repair something? My last trans service was at about 130k miles.

Everything is still shifting good, just wanted to make sure my adaptation values didn’t mean anything terrible. I will do another fluid drain/refill soon and monitor the adaptations.

Adaptations will vary, but if it's shifting good then it should be fine. |

Your A clutch is starting to get up there, but it's still very much valid. The rest look just fine.

Do you mean the shift solenoids on the throttle body?

Damn, that's a lot of labour, I wasn't planning on doing any of it anyway, was just thinking in the future at some point when clutch packs wear out. Oh well, will deal with it when it happens.

Has anyone tried to replace the solenoids with China ZF ebay kit?
I know that e.g. Brembo brakes are exactly the same...

I've never heard of anyone trying the aftermarket solenoids out. With the time, labor, and mess that's involved in pulling the valve body out and replacing the shift solenoids.....I didn't want to risk having to do it a second time. Not to mention the other problems that could be caused if the aftermarket china solenoids didn't work right.
