You'd have to have an insanely huge leak to leak more than a quart while sitting for a while. I'd just start it, you'll be fine.

Update:
So, I started it up, this is what I did:

Added new bosch plugs
New mann oil filter,
Topped up 1 litre in the oil filter hole,
Unplugged all injectors and primed the engine
And it started right up.. its been sitting for 8 months and the battery still had juice even after all winter, I was shocked it didn't even need a charge 😂

After I let it run, I did an oil change, and also changed out the water pump, really easy job all I had to remove was the Rad fan. Also changed out the original intake, I got these aftermarket ones for $40 CAD.

Good Work. Next change for the water pump & thermostat is 75,000 miles down the road! 😉

My friend sold me the pipe fittings for 20 and I got the filters off ebay for another 20
