e9x 4wd: Which end wears tires faster.
I'd expect it's still the rear, but the difference should be less pronounced. I'm not entirely sure.
I could wait 20k miles to see what happens, but I have been swapping wheels all over the place chasing vibrations for so long I've totally lost track of which tires have been where. I know it's a dumb question, but the xDrive forum is pretty slow.

I know it's not my alignment as I have had 2 In the past 3 years. It's all that power going to the rear first I'm sure I should note I have a staggered set up so I can't rotate them.

Thats a great question, not dumb at all. I've never thought about it, but I've only had my bmw since January.

That's what I expected, since the rear is probably doing 70%ish of the work to propel the car during casual cruising around town.
It's time for me to drag all 8x of my #156s to a tire shop and cherry pick the round ones then replace the bent ones. At least one of my summer, and another one on my winter is bad enough they won't roll smoothly, perhaps more than that. I'm flabbergasted at how these OE wheels get bent out of shape, I mean they are little 16"ers with a lot of sidewall to protect them.

However, before my last alignment it might have been bmw specs as I used a different shop the first time.

My fronts last about double the mileage as my rear tires (staggered setup)
