Blower motor keeps failing

Hey everyone,

New here was hoping anyone could help. My A/C blower motor stopped working. I replaced the motor and the resistor twice and i have the same problem. It seems to run ok until i put the A/C on the highest fan setting then it stops working. Does anyone have any ideas? Do you think I could have multiple bad resistors/blower motors? What voltage should i expect out of what pins on the connectors? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I bought it about a year ago but looking at pictures online it doesn't appear to the original plug so I think so. Might be worth taking to a dealership to have them look. I looked up the VIN and see no open recalls.
