Quick help.....reallly dirty wheels

I want to clean my majorly neglected 156's before storing them for summer and I don't even know where to start. They have tons of baked on break dust, rusting kinda, everything you can think of basically

I've tried claying and that did nothing.

So what would be better....

P21S or CG Wheel and Rim Citrus? Maybe even grimereaper?

I'm open to suggestions.

mine has it too. i'm planning on buying some P21S total auto wash and letting it soak. If that doesn't work, i'm going to a 8:1 dilution of CG grime reaper and let that soak too

But yeah, a strong APC will do.

Grime Reaper (very strong 1:5 for bad wheels and don't let it soak for too long)

P21S TAW (pretty mild but works very well)

P21S Wheel Gel (basically this is P21S TAW 10x concentrated)
I wish about replacing them, 156's aren't worth the money to replace them, great winter wheels though

Yeah I was going to go with grime reaper or P21S gel. Even after claying them about 80% of the crap came off but the tiny black dots stayed. The things that look like break dust freckles
