Anyone running Injen intake with PI manifold and PR coils??

I have the Phoenix Race PI manifold and PR coils on my setup, and am looking to ditch more plastic tubing if possible. Does anyone know if the Injen intake would work with this setup and still fit properly? I had to switch to the BMS intake because my AFE intake was too large and causing a hood bulge when closed... but I don't like the filter sitting open in the engine bay with no real air flow either... At least with the Injen it has the modified air dam to flow it air when moving.
