accel pad pos is 99.6%

any problem?

81% and 99.6% are both max. No issues there. Your boost seems to be coming on really slowly, though. Part of it is that you started down low in the RPM's.

Are you running a rattle fix or something? Super low boost build up and WGDC is maxed out. What gear is this?

sometime i got 2D2E code after i changed the battery,
then i feel my car start getting slow

That's throttle related code,

Use MHD and reset throttle adaptations, turn ignition off, turn it back on (don't start the car yet) wait 30 seconds then start the car. See if you still get the code afterwards.
