Hi,
The polished portion of my rims look like they have water stains -- kind of dark discolorations that look like puddles or trickles. ![]() How do I get rid of this to return the lip to a shiny uniform metal? |

Coated or uncoated aluminum? If coated, any clear coat polish will do the trick. Hell, Meguiars ScratchX will do it. If you want more bite (to get the job done quicker), grab some Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish. I use them on my DPEs.
If uncoated it's a tougher job, you need to go with a dedicated aluminum polish, like Wenol. |
