Up for sale is my BMW E92 335i. I am the second owner, purchased in February of 2009 with 15,000 miles on it. The car has 62,500 miles now and it is still running perfectly. The tires have good tread and I just got an alignment and replaced the battery. Everything is in excellent condition mechanically. The car is CPO warranty certified through BMW, meaning it has a full power-train warranty until February of 2013. If you have any issues, you bring it to BMW and they will fix it for only a $50 deductible. This car is my baby, I wash it every week and drive it like a grandma.
