Suspension for 18x9 and 18x9.5

Looking for best suspension setup for apex arc-8 front 18x9 (235/40-18) and rear 18x9.5 (265/35-18).

Would the following be a good Fitment:

Eibach pro kit springs
Blistein shocks and struts b8 performance plus

Also, any suggestion on tire make/model or sizing?

You should be able to run rims like you have suggested with the Bilstein B12 kit. There are members that have 19" rims that have the B12 kit.
