CarFax shows the rest of the maintenance

Outside 8 out of 10 condition, small rock chips on the front

For a pre LCI car with those miles and beige interior, you're priced quite high, in my opinion. You need better photos of all angles in clear daylight if you hope to sell anywhere near the premium you're asking.

Also, there's no timing belt, so hopefully you didn't pay for that maintenance. Upload any repair invoices you have to clear that up.

Suspect the owner meant serpentine belt not the timing belt?
