Brand New VRSF Catless Downpipe N54 with all mounting hardware included. I bought this right before quarantine and never got around to installing it and had a change of plans.

I'm from Florida and I'm moving to NJ in a couple of weeks. My car has cables pipes, how do you guys get away with having them? Here in Florida we don't have inspection.
