Anyone installed a M3 Steering wheel w paddles?

Has anyone installed an m3 steering wheel with paddles on their e90? My car has those pre lci paddles and I wanted to know if an m3 steering wheel with paddles can be installed on our car?

I went from no paddles to DCT paddles so it is doable.

I found this https://www.n54tech.com/instructions...dification.pdf

If you don't want to mess with soldering/rewiring you will need this wiring kit. https://burgertuning.com/products/bm...esift-retrofit

That is what I used, then the steering wheel and paddles. They are plug and play no programming needed.

Yes I did mine and you lose the downshift upshift with m3 which I like better so with the m3 you have downshift on one side and upshift on the other.

If you don't want to change the steering wheel, do what many of us have done.
Get yourself the Nelson racing paddles v2. They are absolutely excellent and install is easy.

It also takes 5 min to do the paddle re-wire to make the right up shift and the left downshift. You can do this now with the stock paddles. It's the first mod i did when i first got my 335.
