n55 running choppy in reverse (help)

i'm having an issue with my e92 n55 running funky/choppy when i'm in reverse (automatic) it's seemingly gets worse when the car is cold and when i'm at full rotation or close too it. it's almost like weird stutters or like hiccups. i was thinking about checking for vacuum leaks. (i'm not too familiar with turbo engines yet) i also have noticed it being a bit choppy when sitting in park for longer periods of time. anybody know what it might be? (also getting no codes, but then again i'm only able to scan with MHD's built in scanner)

This could be a TON of things but I'd start by what maintenance has been done? If plugs are not new, I would replace them all along with the coils. If you have more than 70k miles or so and have not done a walnut blast, that's a likely culprit as well. There are lots of other things it could be too but I'd start with the basics.

recent maintenance has been done about 5k miles ago, fresh sparks, coils, and fluids including tranny and transfer case. i've been told that walnut blasting isn't really needed on n55 till much later in it's life cycle in comparison to the n54. im only at about 78k, a few have mentioned new fuel injectors.

True that n55's don't need it nearly as often as n54's but with a few things out of the way, that could be your culprit. N54's are usually caked by 30-40k so with 78, you're approaching the point where n55's usually benefit from a cleaning.

Do you have a downpipe? My N55 never idled quite as steadily as my n54s and it seems like a lot of people said their n55's didn't idle like stock with a downpipe.
