WTB: Turner N54 Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank Relocation Kit

I put in an order for the Turner N54 Aluminum Coolant relocation kit back in mid August. It has been delayed 3 times and now is saying mid Nov. At this point, my build is on hold as I can no longer put in a stock coolant res, and this kit is so far backordered I no longer have any faith in an ETA.

So, if anyone has a used or new kit laying around, please let me know!
