SOS Malfunction Radio only works in accessory mode

I’ve been having an issue with my radio. It works perfectly fine in accessory mode but nothing happens when I turn on car

Pretty common for the DVD drive to fail in the early years
of the Nav.

There is a whole Idrive sub forum here.

I check the most loop connectors in the trunk none of the units were blinking red except the one underneath of the dashboard upfront

DVD read error is a higher priority fail than Most Bus stuff .
It the DVD can't be read in the DVD based Nav it's kind of
like have a crashed Disk Drive on a PC.
