2010 Bmw 335d front end collision

I got rear ended by a pickup truck. Around 30mph & it pushed me forward into another pickup truck. Car started smoking (most likely because of the coolant) but it ran fine.

Coolant tank light came on. Says it's low. Maybe it broke the tank or tank tubes. Other than that the car turns on, no other lights except "low coolant". Car starts & runs. Loud noise under the car.

I also posted a pic about an hour before the car accident. I don't have insurance but the other guy does, he literally hit my car in front of 2 CT state troopers who told me it was HIS fault. Currently working with his insurance company.

There is no question or any sort of request for help/input in your post, so I have something to contribute.

……. You don't have insurance? Like car insurance? You're driving a 335 around Connecticut with no auto liability insurance?
