Windows and lights inside not working

So i replaced my battery for my e92 sedan and after i replaced it a "lighting system malfunction, stop vehicle" code came on and now the interior lights dont turn on and my windows dont roll down on the driver or passenger buttons but in the back of the car i can roll those windows down going back there. Everything else seems be working fine except for those. Is it because i havent registered the battery or is it another issue? Any ideas on how to solve this?

Yes needs to be registered if you replaced it with same kind/type, if not coding on top

It's the FRM Module - Replacing the battery without registering will reduce the lifespan, but basically your FRM Module needs to either be fixed or replaced. You can look on eBay for a used one, or take a look at eBay or Kijiji for somewhere who fixes them. Got mine fixed at a local shop for $100 in under 5 minutes.
