I have a clean title 2008 328i for sale

Title status- clean FL title
Location- Fremont 94539
Mileage- 117000
Price- $6000 obo

Issues
1. The rear right seat belt tensioner wiring is damaged (causing a ground fault)- triggering seat belt abs airbag error

2. The LCI trunk install either pinched a wire or my mechanic didn’t re-pin correctly so I can’t get reverse light to work.

3. The oil filter cap needs to be replaced. Causing a little burn oil smell at startup when it sit for couple days.

4. Slight scratch on the trunk.

Good
1. Upgrade front and back to LCI
2. Valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket all replaced. Dry and clean with no leak.
3. New radiator, water pump, cooling hose.
4. New brakes, rotors, caliber, and ABS pump.
5. New rear passenger window regulator
