Looking for D/M/V shop for bumper replacement + paint?

I am looking for recommendations for shops in the area that you have good experience with for bodywork. Specifically ones that do a good job paint-matching. I split time between downtown DC and southern Maryland (Charles) so those areas are most convenient but willing to go a wide radius for a good shop.

Front bumper of my E90 has a lot of scratches and dings from city life, I'm looking to purchase a new OEM or M-style bumper and have it shipped to the shop and then painted+installed.

I probably sell the car within a year, but I think $600-$800 range for this type of job may be worth it, the car is mint except for the front bumper, and only 50k miles. Just not looking for dealer-level prices.

I got a smoking deal on paint and install a used msport rear bumper from Blanco Services in Gaithersburg. Nice color match. Jose' Blanco (202) 556-0463. They turned it around pretty quick too.

How's the paint holding up now? I will be looking to respray probably the whole car at some point. (color change)
