Squeal after changing belt, tensioner & pulleys

I had the dreaded belt/pulley 'squeal' so I changed the belt, the tensioner and the 2 pulleys. The noise is still there.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

It must be something else then. The alternator pulley/bearings have a bad habit of going kaput. That would be my first guess; check for later play with the belt removed.
