N43 rough idle

Hi all, I've had a 002D29 Differential pressure sensor code along with 002A2B/ 0029E0 mixture control codes come up, car did idle perfect, but its gone to shit now, up ,down ,all over the place, was fine at one set of traffic lights then like this at the next, recently had plugs, timing chain/guides etc has been done and the engine is a N43 318i, any ideas? thanks

took the top engine cover off and the vacuum pipe for the oil separator had a massive split in it, stuck some tape over it and everything's back to normal, whats the best way to replace this pipe ideally? comes with a plate on the parts dia, thanks
