Hi all, does anyone know what would cause a lower charge on an injector or how to diagnose it? I did some logging and noticed that injector 4 was only receiving a charge of 570 µAs (microArcseconds) vs injectors 1,2,3,5 and 6 being in the 620 µAs +/- 10 across the board, no where near the 570 range. Would this be on the mossfet side of the wiring going bad or is this straight up the injector being bad? Under load I see that injector 4 reaches up to 620 µAs at some points as well but still falling behind the other injectors.

I can't really tells what's going on in that log. Your throttle pedal is pretty much at 0, but the RPM's keep running up and down? The injectors look like they are turning on and off over several seconds of time. It looks like the motor is making 10psi+ of boost at some points....but your throttle pedal reading is still 0? What the hell is going on?

More info would really help out.

Yeah sorry about that, I tried to log in traffic during my commute so it's really wack. I just wanted to know if anyone is familiar with micro arc seconds in the context of injectors because while I'm idling injectors 1,2,3,5 and 6 read around 620 micro arc seconds and injector 4 only reads about 570 micro arc seconds which to me looks like injector 4 is wonky.

Starts up immediately at -25 Celsius, idle starts at about 950 then drops down to 600 after less than 30 seconds, sounds completely normal, drives fine... but I'm still getting cylinder 4 missfire.

Have you swapped cylinder 4 injector with another and checked to see if misfire follows?

I haven't done that yet because I don't have spare seals and retention clips, if I get desperate I might try to get some and do that.
