MHD stage 2 plus Gas consumption /power
I am getting 380km to a tank in the city and average 15.9ltires for every 100km
I am on MHD stage 2 plus using 94 octane. Is this too high I am a 6 speed auto with the xhp. Plugs coils changed ,walnut blasted last week no engine misfires or hiccups. Is this normal for these cars? Also I notice car is not as powerful when I hit low fuel or close to empty, but then when I fill up again car is full power could this be a bad fuel pump injectors ? |

You will need to a log to check fuel pumps. Could also be a small boost leak that the turbos are working harder to compensate. Possibly old boost Solenoids? Are you using the M1 throttle mapping option at all?

In your case you may want to do a third gear log to check boost, waste gate duty cycle and what your fuel pumps are doing.

Should be somewhere around 12-14 litres per 100km if most of your driving is city driving, if you do a lot of highway driving should be significantly lower than 12l/100km Although if your ripping it everywhere or stuck in stop go traffic most of the time, it can increase It's worth physically checking your injectors for leaks, 3 of mine was leaking and I was getting around 16 litres per 100km combined city and highway driving, it was getting progressively worse regardless of how I drove. Do a log and check HPFP and LPFP, trims etc |

I'd physically check or get plugs and injectors checked regardless, at least that way you can be sure if they are leaking or not. https://datazap.me/u/shelim2020/v51?...=3-18-19-23-24 |

I think you can judge if injectors are leaking if it's leaking enough, and I think logging specific values to a problem can be a good indicator prior doing any stuff. I posted an idea in the "cleaning injector" thread, that maybe logging rail pressure over night might indicating injector leaks if a major drop in pressure is seen. Cause chances are either the pressure is lost via fuel regulator (will cause long crank), either it's lost via an injector leak (might cause long crank but depend how it leaks). However in your case, it's not that obvious, we just can see bank 1 afr is a bit late compared to bank 2 afr, but that is seen on lot of other cars, and when it got back to 234 it's staying there. When there are rich spike on let off like the o2 going back to 234 but not staying flat and having some multiple dips under 234 might indicating an injector is leaking in the according bank. If one bank is a bit late compared to the other to go to 234, it probably might be because O2 are simply a lazy/tired. You said you had 3 injectors leaking in the same bank? may I ask which bank ? cause your stft 1/2 & ltft 1/2 seems to mirror by small margin, I would imagine a bigger delta between banks if 3 injectors were leaking in one bank.

It was when fuel consumption was going down the drain that I decided to have the car serviced and found VC cracked and injectors leaking, |
