XHP flashes the TCU, if your settings are gone, you probably reset the settings within XHP.

It's a good idea to back up/import your custom settings to a file from XHP, that way even if you reset them, you can easily restore them.

When I flashed from MHD 7 to 10 I lost my xHP shifting. Or I lost something as when I went for a drive I no longer had my xHP shifting transmission. I reflashed xHP and it returned.

Most likely Something went wrong or you did something wrong.
