Recurring N54 belt squeak and squeal noise

Hey guys!
Looking for some help, please.

My N54 powered 335i has a squeak coming from the engine bay that I have not been able to solve.

The vehicle has 190 000 km's on the clock.

I have done the following:
1. New belt - Continental 7PK 1855 (replaced twice)
2. New belt Tensioner (includes two pulleys)
3. New Upper idler pulley
4. New Lower idler pulley
5. New Valve Cover Gasket
6. New VTT upgraded PCV valve

Notes:
The noise does not change based on the AC conditioner ON/OFF status.
The noise does not change when the oil filler cap is opened.

The noise does disappear as soon as I spray water over the pulley/belt system, but the noise quickly re-appears.

Here's a video of the noise:

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Check the power steering pulley, the bolts usually back out or are loose. My car shredded a belt because of this, but thankfully it the main seal didn't eat it.

Is this the bolt on the pulley itself, or the 3 bolts on the PS-pump?

I had an absolutely infuriating experience exactly like this a few years ago with an unlikely cause. My power steering lines by the rack had a mount broken, and were resting on the undertray. My only guess is the vibrations of the fitting on the undertray were so high frequency it caused a squeak. This probably isn't your issue but as a last resort it wouldn't hurt to check
