FS: BMW Performance shift knob
Just ordered this shift knob off turner motorsports (6 speed pattern): http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html...NCE-SHIFT-KNOB Long story short, it doesn't work for me. Looks and feels great, but it's shorter than the stock shifter, and given the length of my arms (I'm 6'1"), I find my elbow is now hitting the front-edge of the armrest. Anyhow, it's in mint condition (just arrived 2 days ago). Cost me $108. Anyone interested? $70 + shipping. David EDIT: SOLD Last edited by Pike; 07-01-2008 at 06:47 PM.. |

It doesn't.
The boot price, as per BMW, is $65, I believe. I found two e-bay auctions selling both the knob and boot together for $275, which sounds like highway robbery to me. |

$80 is a good deal, thanks for the tip. I wouldn't blame anyone for wanting to pay $10 more to buy it direct. But just a reminder, mine is in brand new condition, in case the $10 makes a difference. :-) Hell, that's like...2 gallons of gas!
