Does anyone know the probable cause of an intermittent 2D2B error code that triggers the SES light (no other codes)? There are two descriptions that I've seen for this error code: "Pressure sensor of the intake pipe, re-running" and "intake manifold pressure sensor." The first description makes it sound like the TMAP sensor and the second description makes it sound like the intake manifold pressure sensor.

The car runs fine, it's just a nuisance light at the moment. I'm running MHD Stage 1+, but the SES light happens on the stock map as well. The code comes on when just driving around town, not when driving it hard.

I've checked all connections. I cleaned the TMAP sensor with CRC and it seemed to help as it would take a day or two for the SES light to return. So, thinking it was the TMAP sensor, I changed the TMAP sensor with a new one and the SES light came on right away. The next step is to replace the intake manifold pressure sensor.

If it's not the intake manifold sensor, then I have no idea what it could be. Does anyone have any other thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.

Logs could help.
I have not looked that code up but if we go w what youre saying, then just looking at idle vacuum or vacuum at decelerations would help. These numbers have known values.

I just added to the first post that the code comes on when just driving around town, not when driving it hard. That makes getting a log to show what's going on difficult. I never know when the condition will actually be there to log it unlike if it were under full boost in a 3rd gear pull. I'll try to get a good log if I can.

Dont have to take a log at boost. Idle log while stationary. Or decelerations.

I'm running to what I believe is a map issue too. The car is throwing a fuel mixture code with all the trims maxed out throwing all the fuel it can at it. I don't think the car is actually running lean but it's throwing all the fuel it can at it as the map is reading wrong. Reads 5 psi at idle instead of vacuum and like 15 psi during wot. This is on a stock tune

5psi at idle, go figure seems like a map issue. This is what i was referring if its a sensor issue one could see wonky numbers like that. Surely the manifold cant see 5psi at idle!
Now at wot, i dont think the value from map is used. Map is limited for decelerations to slight boost. Beyond that the tmap sensor value (boost mean) is used and boost is calculated from that.

Boost values at idle look fine at least for this data window. May be it acts wonky intermittently.
One thing seems a little odd is the ltft values, seem high. Did you add ethanol? May be just needs an adaptation reset. Although how that may be relevant to the codes is a longshot.
Ps chk for leaks in intake manifold

No ethanol ever, just 91 octane gasoline (which contains up to 10% ethanol in California). There are no obvious vacuum leaks on the intake manifold. I do have an intake manifold sensor on order. It was filthy and still didn't look great after I cleaned it. That's my next step. I can do an adaptation reset, but like you said, that's a long shot. Thanks for the help!

Update: After I cleaned the intake manifold sensor, the SES came back on the same day. But, after I cleared the code, the SES light has stayed off for 11 days now. I have a new sensor ready to put in, but now I'm waiting for the light to come back on...
