That was after washing it, it looked even worse than when it was dirty.

sad but true!!! THat is obviously a case of being hit every day.. Ill bet if the customer is anything like half of mine they park there car right up against the lawn and the car gets hit everymorning and they never wipe it off!
Ive had really good success on water spots with just M80 on a white pad with my metabo seems to really knock the spots down..

The owner said it was hit once a year ago, and I don't think it happened at his home. It was only on one side but what was tricky was removing the spotting in the tight spots that a buffer couldn't get in. I ended up going with SIP and a PFW which took them right out. The pad was orange afterwards so I'm guessing it was an old sprinkler system with rusty pipes.

Did you try a vinegar wipe down first to remove some of the water spots?

water spot remover doesnt really help that...has happened to me several times....

I did, it didn't help at all. I was polishing the whole car anyway to remove the swirls.

Thanks! Yes the house is my fathers, he does construction and ever since we moved in 8 years ago he's been doing something to it, hopefully it will be done soon.
