Noo dazzle high beams
I've previously posted about the new laws in the US that come into play in about 2 years that will allow us to have the same 'high tech' hi beam headlights that keep the beam from 'dazzling' oncoming drivers. I assumed that this was software/hardware that we don't have in the current G42 model.
I was just consulting my Vehicle Inquiry Report (I took delivery in December '21) and found this line: 5AP Decoding for no dazzle high beam assistance SO, my interpretation is that the car has this capability, but it has been 'decoded'. My assumption is that it could then be 're-coded', once we have the proper coding guide. Thoughts? |

Check out this thread. Seems like it can be done on the g20 but it doesn't stick if there's an update on the car
