Germany. Price is 599 €. Same company where Alpina lets adjust their speedos. Cruise control adjustment is included. 310, 320 or 330 kph. 320 kph is common, but they make you a 400 kph speedo as well ( @ additional costs ) . Mandatory for TUEV compliance.

2600 € in Germany, 4200 CHF in Switzerland ( ~ 4100 US$ ) . Just write an email to Noelle and ask about the most close shop to where you live and can get the tune. It works great, I can recommend it. My car will be on the dyno next Tuesday. I had difficulties when engine was idling in Steptronic "D" mode. Disconnecting the battery for 1 hour and forcing the ECU to relearn solved the issue. I just tried and it worked.
The ECU-flash cannot be overwritten from BMW dealerships. You cannot hide the tune. After the Noelle tuning the ECU will be password-protected from Noelle. Fair play. The tuning is TUEV compliant in Germany and has a homologation for Switzerland. There is nothing to hide. A no-brainer. Everybody writing a tuned 335i ( 360chp+ ) is a different car is right. |

Hi people,
Here are some answers form the Netherlands ... ![]() @Tobias1980 and Hampi You van find the tuner on www.ac-schnitzer.de Price ASC135i 360PS/520Nm Euro 6.152,- (in. VAT) (that includes): - Software update - Exhaust - Speedometer - Finetuning soft- and hardware on the dyno - work fee The car must stay at least 5 days at Ac Schnitzer's. You must buy the whole package, if you want the 360 PS version. The Ac Schnizter software will not be sold separately. @Robmaster: Yes, ofcourse, a softwarepdate must be done. @en355 The Ac Schnitzer tune is not the Noelle tune. Ac Schnitzer told me that, they were even a little bit furious on that point ![]() I am looking forward to your dyno. Ac Schnitzer will deliver my 135i with a performance certificate, that includes een dynorun. So we can nice compare. ![]() Have great fun! Greets Ferdinand |

Thanx, but they are way too pricy and also with AC Schnitzer, your stock guarantee is gone. AC Schnitzer is providing a guarantee of their own, but in case something is broken you have to prove that the AC Schnitzer tuning kit is responsible for the failure (same thing with the Dähler guarantee)

You are wrong about the guarantee, it is as follows (here in Europe..). I have indeed an additional guarantee of AC Schnitzer, but it's complementair to the BMW guarantee (they have a coorporation). In other words: When there is a problem with the engine after my car is tuned by AC Schnizter, I must, from now on, first(!) go to AC Schnitzer. AC Schnizter will always solve the problem for me. If the problem is not caused by AC Schnizter, but it's caused by a technical failure of BMW, AC Schnizter wil contact BMW and work it out. So, the whole (theoretical) discussion between ACS and BMW, is out of my sight. Great gaurantee. |

Hi Handy,
Also about the pricing, I guess you are wrong. I think the AC Schnizter is not expensive, but it's absolutly worth the price. For appr. Euro 6.000, - you get: 1. A modified DME and finetuning on your car (not a powerbox). 2. Speedometer. 3. Exhaust (superb quality). 4. Guarantee (complementair to the BMW guarantee). 5. All the working hours are included (installation exhaust, speedometer and finetuning DME on the dyno). 6. And (!) the AC Schnizter tuning has a certain value when you want to sell the car. ![]() |

Hi Ferdinand
Well, thats theory I dont know about in real live... As for the price: I only need more power, no updated speedometer or exhaust. BTW: My name is Hampi, not Handy ![]() 2BTW: I just phoned to BMW Switzerland: There is no such cooperation between BWM and AC Schnitzer here in Switzerland!

Hi Hampi !! (correct name), Call AC Schnitzer, they will tell you about the guarantee. Ofcourse it should be the same as in Germany. According to AC Schnitzer, they will only deliver the whole package (DME, Speedo and Exhaust). The Exhaust is needed, otherwise ACS cannot claim that the 355bhp will be, under the most worse curcomstances, available. In other words: if you just want the power, you need the exhaust (according to ACS). greats ferdinand |

Hi Hampi,
Dähler ( 335i Noelle tune in Switzerland ) has a lot of clients at the dealership Titan AG ZH, where I bought my car and I am one of them. It is not the first ECU tune I bought from Dähler. In case the car will break ( I honestly don't think so ![]() ![]() I am also permitted to add a better/bigger intercooler and oilcooler. This has to be agreed with Dähler. Dähler has OEM DP's with metal catalysts as well, which offer you +20 HP crank on top of the tune. That's how it works in Switzerland. Remember, the N54 engine has been built and tested from BMW for 380 HP crank. This was way too much for the current product portfolio and would have canibalized e9n M3 sales. Our detuned engines have 315 - 330 HP crank. I am happy with it. The e93 M3 in my configuration is US$40.000 over my current e93 335i. I have lots of power. The Noelle tune delivers ~ 14psi and spikes up to 14.5psi maximum. This is really great. Other tunes I used spiked up to 16-17psi easily, which can cause overspinning the turbos and turbo bearing failures. I can see some turbo defects on the forum but close to zero engine or transmission defects. Once I did my first 60k miles the turbos did a good job and then it's time for me to replace or upgrade them. This will be after the warranty period, which is 3 years in Switzerland ( so in 2 years from now ![]() I have the MSD80 with ProgMan 28.n ( updated in Feb. 2008 at my own costs ). BMW is no more able to update the ECU ![]() The car will be on the dyno next Tuesday. You all might know that I live in Switzerland since 1995, but I am Austrian. Believe me or not, I never bought a Swiss product/solution which did not work as expected. That's how Swiss people are, not cheap and very serious in business. I like it. Cheers, Eugen |

I just had to give my " senf dazu".
![]() The Noelle tune seems to be perfect but it's a bit pricey for my taste. I'll wait for V3 and see how that works.

Small question though. Why does your car needs a 'break-in' period with the tune? Isn't the new (Noelle) software, comming with the extra power, immediatly available? Greats, Ferdinand |
