335d Exhaust / engine parts
Would you know it, I accidentally possibly maybe couldbe sorta have hit a small pothole and now my exhaust sorta fell out. This includes the DPF, the CAT and even the mufflers if needed. But not the whole, exhaust? Does that make sense? like it just so happened that only those bits fell off, like precisely chopped and all, what are the odds?! Also the entire SCR (DEF) system could have gently fallen out. There's also a few other parts from the engine that went missing such as the swirl flaps, EGR, EGR cooler, etc. I have no idea how they go back in, so I gotta scrap the whole car now, in the bin. This all possibly fell out of a 2011 335d with 129k miles, no codes on other than for glowplug #6. Paperwork shows some replacement stuff done to the emissions system that I can provide in detail. Would anyone be interested in any of these parts if they even existed in the first place? If so shoot me a PM! Edit: 3/20/2022: SCR gone! Last edited by moz335d; 03-20-2022 at 10:28 PM.. |
