Software Upgrade Details

I picked up my slightly used 335i Coupe last night, I asked them to update the iDrive. I can search POI and other new features so I guess it's the latest, here is everything they did, not all is iDrive related.

thats pretty cool do they normally give you the gt1 print sheet or did you ask?

I always get copies of my Final Reports and / or Measures Plans for every upgrade or test. If you ask when car is turned in for service it is a lot easier for the SA to ensure you get copy.

BTW, your TDS of E89X-08-03-530 translate to either CIP 29.02.00 or 30.00.00 depending on when your dealer got his latest PROGMAN update loaded in his SSSR. My guess would be the v30.

so is idrive usable now? the poo brown version is junk. it can't remember what source or display the right directory..

v24.00.00 thru v24.02.01 all were TDS E89x-06-12-510. So you just preceded the big NAV change that came with v25.00.00. Now you got it.
