Lamborghini Miura....First Supercar. Definitely changed things.
Countach....self explanatory.
Porsche 911 Turbo while not the 1st turbocharged car, it was the first to really matter and set your hair on fire.

2000's I would say the R35 GTR. When it launched in 2007 it really did shake up the industry. Performance stats per dollar.
