Replaced Run Flats - TPM error
I replace the stock wheels and run flat tires but got the TPMS tire error. I had new TPM sensors installed but I am getting a code that there is a malfunction. Do I need to code out the TPMS error? Thanks in advance.

It should give you an actual error code for a fault if you scan the car.

Unfortunately, the tire pressure monitors were not seen and to get them programmed was not cheap. Soooooo, I went to the local tire shop, had them take the monitors off the old set of wheels and put them on the new set, and I sold him 2 good run flat tires. Cost me $50.00 and a 6 pack of Heineken. Much better than the $350 BMW was talking about.
