Cool 2010 E93 335i M-Sport Black on Black Many Mods

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
SOLD! Thank you!

UPDATE: A deal fell through and giving this one more shot. Updated price and some upgrades. Got to drive a few hundred miles over the last couple weeks, but having foot surgery this Friday (8/27) and won't be able to enjoy it for a while. If you're interested at all, PM me with offers/questions.

I just realized that after 6 years and 15k miles of ownership, I don't get much time to enjoy the convertible.

I'm going to be open with everything so there's less back and forth with questions. Title is clear and no liens. There is a manufacturer buyback (lemon law) label for a HPFP issue that was repaired by BMW a decade ago and never gave me an issue, even with the JB4 tune and other mods. This label goes away in certain states and is NOT the same as rebuilt/salvage titles.

Once paid in full, I'll assist with delivery/shipping. Located in Northern NJ. Also, some OEM Parts available, like FMIC and OEM cats (negotiable).

I did have a small accident (front) around 2016, but don't know if it shows on Carfax or not. Once again, I'm disclosing it here. NJ State inspection just passed with all mods listed below.

I'm not desperate to sell, but wiling to entertain offers. Car just had the OFH gasket leak and I just replaced it and just started a coolant flush. There is a vibration above 40 mph, which I assume is due to the 19" wheels going through a few years of NJ pot holes. Body is good, but not perfect. It can use a good detailing, but I'm not doing that so nothing is hidden. What you see is what you get.

Bumping up with lower price. Barely driven this winter and kept in the garage.

Had a few interested buyers locally, but couldn't get them to understand how the JB4 works w/ the custom BMS DP fix. Really would prefer an enthusiast who knows/understands how the downpipe works and why the custom BMS DP fix is necessary.

Willing to work out reasonable offers, PM me and let's discuss.

So, despite the beautiful weather lately and after not driving it for more than a day a week, just to stretch her legs, I'm figuring I'm not really going to make use of the convertible as much as it deserves as the kids have outgrown the novelty of the drop top.

As of this point, I'm willing to take offers. PM me.

Could consider parting out specific items (JB4, one set of wheels, wind deflector, etc.) or selling some of the uninstalled OEM items I have separately, like the FMIC and downpipes.

Just replaced the washer fluid pump and the windshield moulding. Bumping to see if there's any interest. I'm taking offers/questions as I'm really not making enough use of it to warranty keeping it around.

Any history of the oil pan or valve cover being done? Also do you know if it has the vibration with both sets of wheels or is it wheel specific? Thanks!

Deal just fell through last week and giving this one more shot. Also upgraded w/ M3 tension rods today to try and fix the vibration in the wheels. Fixed the tension rod related vibration issues, but wheels are banged up from too many potholes and front tires have uneven wear due to driving on bad OEM tension rods for too long.

Last prospective buyer had PPI done and I can share/walk through the report with any serious buyers. Having foot surgery in 2 days and won't be able to enjoy her for a while so looking for a quick sale. Updated price for everything, but open to negotiate.

Well, winter is over so I'm giving this another shot. Bumping to see if there's any interest.

Still not in a rush to sell as the weather to enjoy the top down is just starting, but open to fielding reasonable offers.

Just sold and pending pickup tomorrow! Thank you E90 community for everything, but my BMW convertible days are officially behind me. Maybe when the kids are out of the house and then a 2 seater convertible may be in the cards.

NAH!!! I met you! You are simply showing no early signs of BMWOW (BMW Ownership Withdrawal). Once the upgrades are completed and I force you to drive your old car…your need for FBO RWD N54 speed will be insatiable. Trust me!
