Getting terrible fuel economy (10.6) on city driving, 50F weather, not a heavy foot, BMS DCI, VRSF chargepipe. Getting CEL with the codes:

P0031
P0051
P0037
P0057
P0150

Heater control circuit low for all sensors all banks.

P0151 - O2 sensor circuit low bank 2.

This came on right after I changed valve cover gasket. No codes before that but still terrible gas economy. Mechanic said O2 sensors are routed incorrectly but not sure. Index 12 injectors, new NGK plugs, new bosch coils, 98k miles bought like a month ago. Any info on why this must be happening??? Don't know how to rule out leaky injectors or anything else. Very fresh in the car game, this is my first car. Willing to DIY.
